Getting Started
How do we get started?
Call us at (470) 410-9000 or send us a message. We will answer your questions, check your insurance and schedule an initial evaluation.
Who is ABA therapy for?
ABA therapy can help children with autism of many ages and abilities. Every plan starts with an evaluation, so the goals match where your child is today.
What happens during the initial evaluation?
We meet with you, observe your child and use standardized assessments to learn about strengths, needs and goals. Then we build a personalized plan together.
How should we prepare for the first visit?
Bring any diagnosis reports, school records or past evaluations you have, along with your questions.
Therapy & Sessions
Where do therapy sessions take place?
Most of our therapy takes place in the home, with support at school and online when it helps your child.
Do you work with my child’s school?
Yes. With the school’s approval, our team works alongside teachers and staff to support your child in the classroom.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer sessions and parent guidance by secure video. All you need is a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Who will work with my child?
Our care is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and delivered with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Insurance & Cost
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We work with Medicaid and all major insurance providers, including Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna.
How do I know what my plan covers?
Send us your plan details or call us. Our team will check your benefits and explain your coverage before you start.
Is the initial evaluation covered?
Evaluations are usually covered as part of ABA benefits. We will confirm your coverage before your visit.
For Parents
How involved are parents?
Very involved. We train and support parents so the skills your child learns in therapy carry over into everyday life at home.
Will I see my child’s progress?
Yes. We track progress closely and review it with you regularly, adjusting the plan as your child grows.
